Because we operate as a B2B supplier, our return policy is designed to maintain product integrity while ensuring fair solutions for our dealers.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Incorrect product delivered

Damaged product received

Manufacturing defect

Missing items in shipment
To qualify for a return:

The request must be made within 3–5 business days of delivery

Products must be unused and in original packaging

Security seals (if any) must remain intact

Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used ink/toner cartridges

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

Orders placed incorrectly by the dealer

Clearance or special bulk discount items (unless defective)
Return Process

Please do not send products back without prior approval.
Refunds & Replacements
After inspection of returned items:

For urgent stock needs, replacement shipments can be prioritized where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Take clear photos immediately.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the logistics provider.
